Protocols and Partnerships
The safegaurd of an integrated approach to Higher Education caused the then School of Technology of Tomar to create, from its early beginning, a laboratory of Prehistory and Palaeontology, designed to support teaching in this field and to study and protect the prehistoric heritage of the region.
Twenty-eight years later, the CENTER OF THE ARCHAEOLOGIES held institutional connections with several Médio Tejo municipalities and with national, Iberian and European research centers.
